Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm Wedding | Santa Barbara, California

Located on a coastal farm in Santa Barbara, California, Dos Pueblos is easily one of my favorite wedding venues in Santa Barbara County. The breathtaking views of rolling golden hills overlooking the ocean, a functioning farm with chickens and goats, and beautiful greenhouses, make Dos Pueblos a venue that delivers in every way!

Rose and Zander chose the perfect location for their first look on the bluff where I captured the moment along with some portraits. When it was time for the wedding ceremony, all of the guests headed down to the ceremony site that overlooks the ocean...seriously epic! Their ceremony couldn’t have been any more picturesque, not to mention their ride after the ceremony was in a stunning vintage Porsche.

For the bride and groom portraits we took full advantage of the coastal backdrop on the bluff as well as the nearby greenhouses. The two of them were very natural in front of the camera which, in combination with the scenery, made for some seriously jaw-dropping images.

One of my favorite parts about their wedding was the greenhouse reception. A live band was playing while guests were handed custom cocktails as they walked in. The reception had 3 different thoughtfully curated tablescapes with menus that were designed by our talented bride, everything felt so authentic to Rose and Zander.

While the sun was setting I took the two outside for some additional photos and captured a timeless black and white shot of the couple which became one of my favorites of the evening. In the background the greenhouse was glowing. laughter and music filled the air during their sunset session– it truly felt like a dream.
